Job Description

We currently have a client who is looking for Account Executives in the Greater Harrisburg area.  These candidates need to be strategic  thinkers  responsible for managing  current business  with a focus on driving revenue . Candidate will lead identification and development of partnerships (examples: Avaya, Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent, etc.) that bundle or directly integrate our client’s core services with enterprise applications and solutions. The successful candidate will keenly understand alliances/partnerships, customer solution life cycles, sales processes, competitive landscapes, key stakeholders and influencers, and execution of go- to-market plans.

Key Objectives:


• Broaden and deepen existing and new client relationships, help develop strategies for new accounts, and aid with overall retention.
• Understand dynamic spheres of influence and advance their company to the inner circle of clients' decision-making process.
• Build targeted growth strategy, and identify new business opportunities.


Requirements:


• Minimum 5  years experience developing alliances and driving new sales in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong relationships or previous work experience with Systems Integrators, OEMs, application providers, and VARs.
• Must be highly entrepreneurial, able to operate independently and gain acceptance for undefined processes a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical & strategic thinking, strong customer- facing, sales & marketing, & presentation skills.
