Job Description
Responsible for collaborating with project team stakeholders to elicit, structure, document, and validate detailed requirements necessary to implement system changes, work with client's users and business key stakeholders to understand business value of existing products, as well as proposed new products; and work closely with product management, customer experience designer, and development to influence the design of client's online applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Follow standard SDLC process to develop RM artifacts.
2. Work closely with product manager to set product strategies and direction.
3. Estimate and schedule tasks with PdM
4. Attend project meetings and provide subject matter expertise on products.
5. Identify and advocate for business unit requirements.
6. Work with business unit to identify, prioritize and document project requirements.
7. Develop high level requirements that, when detailed and implemented, can iterate assigned technical products/business processes toward its defined vision. Assist business units with preparing marketing materials and product presentations.
8. Assist CX Designer and act as check and balance for CX artifacts
9. Work closely with the architect and product team to document existing product functionality and define new features.
10. Participate in product testing and defect resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
11. Provide status to product manager on current and future assignments.
12. Work with product manager to define a career path and steps to achieve goals and objectives.
13. Work as part of product team to continuously improve products
14. Provide thought leadership on improving the RA discipline.
15. Coach/mentor and transfer technical and business knowledge to other requirements staff.
16. An employee must perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned to him/her on an as needed basis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience or certification in computer science, information technology, or other related disciplines.
