Gosh, I love what I do! Having spent the past 12 years in the Technical Recruiting industry, I started my own business in 2006 with one purpose in mind: To be the best at matching exceptional IT talent with outstanding organizations.
I like to say I grew up in the recruiting business, and that is the literal truth. I started working for a professional placement agency when I was quite young, a loooonnnggg time ago. Lucky for me, I had a mentor… who taught me to be fair, tenacious, and humble.
I first met Susan back in 2000 when she interviewed me for a help desk position. My career progressed to positions as an IT Technician and eventually an IT Manager, where I began working with various staffing companies to augment our existing staff.
